Bug Description

From within any Angular eg2 screen (such as the Acquisitions Admin main list screen), the menu entry "Cataloging" -> "Retrieve Last Bib Record" loads a broken page. It looks like it tries to run a function "retrieveLastRecord()" which is only defined in the AngularJS app. That will need to be re-implemented on the Angular side.

This affects Evergreen 3.2+.
