MARC Coded Value Maps Filter Missing

I wonder if we could start to sprinkle the new Angular grid column filters into the basic admin pages. I don't think we'd want every single column to be filterable (filterable org unit columns, for example, could be redundant with the automagic OU filters elsewhere in the basic admin page component).

Filters were added to many angular admin pages in the 3.6.2 release - see bug 1846042

There are no filters for the coded value map in 3.7beta.

Filters do exist for the coded value map on the community servers for 3.6.

Filters for the MARC Coded Value Maps are definitely gone again in 3.7. Tested on 3.7beta and 3.7-RC

Additionally, sorting by column no longer works in 3.7 ("Lang aar Afar" is always top of the list) and the Apply Translations button has disappeared.

No filters, no sorting, no way to expand row number column, no way to view last page of results (??).

I'm trying to create a new coded value map and can.not.do.it because the new entry is at the very end of a few thousand rows, and for mysterious reasons I cannot view the last page a rows.

My new map is id 11511. I know it is there, because I can see it in the database. I have 3248 total rows.

After scrolling through all pages, the list cuts off the last however many rows (this happens no matter how many rows are set to display, and the cut off point varies accordingly), and will loop around to the first (Lang aar Afar) row, and keep the row numbering.

Tested on various systems today.

Filters and sorting for coded value map are not present on 3.6.0 community server or on 3.6.3 library production server.

Filters and sorting for coded value map are now in place and working as expected on community server for 3.7.0

Tested on Equinox 3.7.0 community server and Terran's bug squashing week test server. Filters and sorting are not working on either of those servers.

Tested on Equinox's 3.8.0 community server and filtering and sorting on the coded value maps is still not working.

In the attached screenshot you can see that I've sorted the Value column both ascending and descending and the order the values display in on both tabs are identical.
