Deleting starred files leaves behind starred file named ""

Bug Description

On the 19.10 beta, deleting a starred file leaves behind a file named "" in Starred.

It does not matter whether the file is first moved to trash, then trash expunged, or whether the file is immediately deleted using Shift-Delete.
