Skydome image not appearing

what type of file is the image? Do you have the corresponding plugin for that image type enabled.

the file is a jpeg image generated using a digital camera. The appropriate plugin is enabled. And if it wasn't it should say the image is not supported ...

I have the same problem on a Ubuntu Hardy Alpha6 x64, on a Dell Inspiron 1525.
My compiz-fusion is set to extras and has the cube (obviously), widgets, and the gnome-terminal with 20% transperency, and that all the cofiguration I have done.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release?

I have tried with Ubuntu 8.10, but I was unable to reproduce this issue! It works great for me!

Showing up as white for me, and I'm using the testing version of the drivers... I'm pretty sure this is Intel-related.

I've got a jpeg image set as a skydome on intel hardware and it is showing up as expected.

The skydome is showing for me in Karmic in Intel.
