2. Broken version of package: 2.20-0ubuntu4.2 (gutsy-updates)
Removed issue by reverting to package: 2.20-0ubuntu4 (gutsy)
3. With version 4.2, the system never started the screensaver, and ignored power management times (i.e. suspend after 30 minutes, turn off monitor after 20 minutes, etc). I expected the system to start the screensaver after x minutes, and suspend after y minutes but never happened.
After downgrading gnome-screensaver to 2.20-0ubuntu4, the issue went away. Let me know if you need anything else from me to help track down the bug!
Hi there
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with the development version of Ubuntu, Hardy Heron?
Thanks in advance.
