trying opening /usr/bin/ with nautilus

Binary package hint: nautilus
Neither as root user, nor as non-root user, I can't open folder /usr/bin/ (2289 éléments, de taille 299,7 Mio).
I can't access files in this folder via applications...
However, I can list files with $ls -l /usr/bin.
I could open this file before. I don't know when this problem appeared.
Is running Gutsy Gibbon Desktop edition.
