D-Link DWL-G630 (rt61pci) loss connection

Bug Description

When I try download large files via Wi-Fi connection is loss after receive 100-300 Mbytes.

Network manager display that all is OK.
wlan0 interface present in ifconfig output and system not know that connection is loss. But I can`t connect to AP or other resources.
To connect again i must remove kernel module rt61pci, eject and insert wlan-card, and connect to AP again.
When I not try download large files, connection works fine all time.
Logs not contain any errors. Distance to AP is < 2 meters. Signal level is maximum.
Download speed not affected to this bug (from 2Kbps to 2Mbps).

AP: Asus wl500g Premium
Wi-Fi security: WPA2
OS: Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy) with all updates
Laptop: Acer TravelMate 2000
Advanced kernel options: noapic
Wi-Fi card: D-Link DWL-G630
Driver: rt61pci (automatically detected by system)
