Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When trying yo add new locations first shows the Clock Preferences dialog, then when the "Add" button is clicked it shows a location dialog, but it's located behind the previous one, so it's needed to put in somewhere near it so it can be seen. Attaching a screenshot.
