when i run deploy, i failed hans on the TASK [keystone : Creating admin project, user, role, service, and endpoint]

with the reason keystone failed to connect to rabbitmq. and it's log shows

Keystone normally does not use RabbitMQ. This must have been with notifications turned on. Please let us know if it's still reproducible...
