Ubuntu (Gutsy)'s windows crash once in a while?

Bug Description
I don't know what I should do right now because ubuntu's latest version crashes once in a while. I did not have this problem before in the previous version.
I guess when I use firefox or click something to download, or just to try to use something. All windows just have gone away after which all taskbars change to "untitled..." Then, if I generate a window or click a new terminal, the window's top bar cannot be seen. I can see only menu and below it, and I cannot move or resize the window because there is no top bar above menu.
The only solution is to log out and log in back.
I do not know where I should start to fix this problem. What files (log) should I look at?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
