Otrs packagemanger won't start

Bug Description

Binary package hint: otrs

 otrs 2.0.4p01-1 on ubuntu 6.06

When clicking on package manager on the otrs webpage I always get

ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.7 OS: linux Time: Sun Feb 3 18:35:42 2008

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?
