Bug Description

When I try to change the page source (as Flat/ADF Front/...) I get the error "Change of the value failed : Invalid argument" (translated from french, the english message may change). I must close xsane and start again. This error appear when I "play" with the option source (but sometime with other option, but not often).

I use this scanner over a network, the scanner is an USB scanner connected on a Debian server. The bug is the same if I use a Fujitsu fi-4340c or a m3093c scanner.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you? Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release (Hardy Heron)? Thanks in advance.
