Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot Ubuntu MATE 20.10
2. Open Caja
3. Navigate to /usr/share/applications/
4. Click on *Reactivate HP LaserJet 1018/1020 after reloading paper*

Expected results:
* some application launched

Actual results:
* the application is not launched, the ~/.xsession-errors contain the following line:

sh: 1: exec: /usr/share/foo2zjs/hplj10xx_gui.tcl: not found

Note: manual launch of the above tcl file ends with:

/usr/share/foo2zjs/hplj10xx_gui.tcl
bash: /usr/share/foo2zjs/hplj10xx_gui.tcl: /usr/bin/wish: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Seems to be dependency issue.
