Please sync python-scipy 0.6.0-5.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change is 'fftw3-dev -> libfftw3-dev'. This is fixed in debian

Changelog since current hardy version 0.6.0-5ubuntu1:

python-scipy (0.6.0-5.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Changed `fftw3-dev' to `libfftw3-dev' to get rid of that dependency
    on a virtual package.
  * Fix FTBFS with relation to swig with a patch provided by
    Kumar Appaiah (Closes: #456892)
