"on battery" don't appear

Bug Description

Hi

After hibernate state, my battery manager don't work properly.

At the beginning Brightness not work, but when I delete .nautilus folder it work again (ouuufff ! )

cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: charging # change when i plugin power
present rate: unknown
remaining capacity: 3584 mAh
present voltage: 12467 mV

please help !

last time this bug appear i do :

sudo aptitude purge acpi acpid acpi-support

sudo aptitude install acpi acpi-support acpid laptop-mode-tools powermanagement-interface ubuntu-desktop

sudo aptitude purge gnome-power-manager
sudo aptitude install gnome-power-manager gnome-session ubuntu-desktop

sudo aptitude purge nautilus
sudo aptitude install gnome-volume-manager music-applet nautilus nautilus-image-converter nautilus-cd-burner
sudo aptitude purge python-louie
sudo aptitude purge python
sudo aptitude reinstall python
sudo aptitude reinstall python2.5

and i apparently fix problem...
