ltrace (0.5-3.1ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes:
    - Add lpia to arch list
    - Set Ubuntu Maintainer address
    - Fix check for host_os in configure

Since we're past Feature Freeze, this bug would need a FF exception[1]. Alternatively, there is only 1 fix in the Debian changelog[2] that seems useful in Ubuntu ("-p fix"[3]). If just that patch was extracted for a debdiff, an FFe would not be needed (since there would be no upstream version bump, etc).
