Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

I opened system settings/login Manager in hardy herron, entered my password, and made a change, but could not apply the changes.
It shows in red "Attention! Read help!" but when I click Help, it says the There is no documentation available for /systemsettings/index.html.

I never really paid attention to this before. I have been able to make the changes, but I know that the help doesn't work when in system settings, as the module it is importing is from KControl, in which the help works. This issue will most definitely be taken care of in KDE 4 but I cannot promise KDE 3, I will look into it though. Thanks!
