Bug Description

Whenever I run a GL app, for instance glxgears, on my MergedFB display,
my secondary monitor becomes a mirror of the first. I have to chvt to
console and then Alt-F7 back to X to get my second head back. I've
attached my xorg.conf.

thanks for this report. i'll see if I can get my old 8500 back and chase this
up, but I don't remember this being the case.

Ok. For what its worth, this happens 100% of the time. I just verified with
/usr/lib/xscreensaver/moebius.

I can add that switching to console mode (ctrl-alt-f1) then back to X restores the mergedfb mode.
