texlive-common doesn't recommend texlive-pictures

I can confirm the described for gutsy and hardy alpha 4.

Rubbish. Please close this bug. texlive-common is the common stuff and
will NEVER recommend anything special. Completely on the contrary, all
the packages DEPEND on texlive-common.

Furthermore, there is texlive-full which depends on texlive-pictures.
