Bug Description

Awkward one to describe this, so an example may be best.

Create folders ~/dir and ~/dir/dir. Access the inner folder in nautilus
browser, and then browse to somewhere else. The back button menu will now fail
to recognise the inner folder as being in home, and will display the entire
file:/// path.

I can't make this happen on edgy either. I guess this has been fixed somewhere, at least for this precise case.
