Bug Description
See bug 190375.
I am using my ISP's implementation of the Yahoo! Web mail client. A message sent at 20080209T234427 (UTC - 0500) is recorded in my "Sent" folder as having a 2000 byte ASCII attachment --- the dump of a /dev/vcs device.
The attachment appears to have been truncated. It is not referred to in the confirmation copy mailed back to me, nor is it accessible in the bug history (until I resent it this afternoon).
