[Metabug]: add samples/ directory to py-lp-bugs

Bug Description

More and more people are writing their own scripts using py-lp-bugs, these scripts give a nice overview on how py-lp-bugs works. It would be nice to have a central place where this scrips can be listed. I suggest adding a "samples/" directory which contains
1.) scripts which are not published elsewhere
2.) a "README" file with links to other scripts using py-lp-bugs

What do you think?
We can also take this bugreport to collecting scripts which can be added to a "samples/" directory

I think something like this would be useful also and I have somethings I'd like to include. Ideally we should get this in before feature freeze.

this patch against .main rev67 add an examples/ directory and the necessary packaging magic.
I also added the content of Leann Ogasawara's [1] samples/ directory as content to examples/
