No scrolling on inspiron 6400

Bug Description

In the latest Hardy, fully upgraded, the touchpad on a Dell Inspiron 6400, purchased from Dell with Ubuntu preinstalled, is not automatically set up.

There is no horizontal or vertical scroll.
