Bug Description
It's possible in Evergreen for patrons to have more than one bacode in the database. It's quite common in some Evergreen installations.
In many cases, all but one of these barcodes are inactive. Sometimes, these extra barcodes are created in error when staff scan the wrong card or make a typo when entering a barcode manually.
At present, the only way to remove these extraneous barcodes is via the database.
It would be convenient for staff to have a way to remove these barcodes on their own without requiring someone who had access to the database.

Being able to selectively delete old/inactive barcodes would helpful mitigate confusion and concerns caused by the ability to retrieve active accounts using inactive barcodes.
