Bug Description

Grid settings on the following pages are not saved because the workstation setting types are missing:

Carousel Types Configuration
Carousels Configuration
Carousels Visible at Library Configuration

Tested using "Manage Column Widths." When attempting to save, it fails with a console error saying "Error saving columns: No user or workstation setting type exists for: "eg.grid.admin.container.carousel".

Attempting to save any grid changes results in the same error in the console.

I tested saving grid settings on all three of these interfaces. Grid settings were successfully saved, with no console errors.

I've pushed this with a correction to the seed data and upgrade script to master, rel_3_6, and rel_3_7. Thanks Michele and Tiffany!
