Bug Description

The following DB updates were missed in the 3.5.1 to 3.6.0 consolidated DB upgrade script (with no further DB updates to catch them up)

* 1236
* 1237
* 1238
* 1239
* 1240

Consequently, it is possible that older Evergreen databases that were upgraded to 3.6.0 based on the monolithic version update script have some (fortunately small) regressions.

Note that the original description of this bug was:

Bug 1885767 adds a workstation setting to exclude electronic resources in the Angular catalog. However, the database update for this feature (upgrade 1237) was not included in a version upgrade script, so the setting will not be created when an existing Evergreen system is upgraded to 3.6beta2 or later.
