Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

When you do a copy / paste operation with nautilus on a execute file, the copy of the file doesn't have the execute rights anymore.

To reproduce :
- Do a "apt-get source" for a package
- Copy debian/rules to another folder.
- See that debian/rules have no longer execute right (I need to do a chmod +x debian/rules to rebuild the package).

Simple cp command work.

That's is known upstream and has already been fixed to svn. No need to specify the version of ubuntu you are using in the title, that will be incorrect when hardy+1 opens and creates confusing and extra work to triage
