Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Booting Ubuntu Hardy Haron Alpha 4, under the System Menu --> Preferences there is a submenu (which Gnome frowns upon) which is made worse by the fact that there's only /one/ application under there. Screenshot is attached, the solution may be just to move the app out of its submenu.
