Please sync bld 0.3.2-3.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The delta fixed bashisms in debian/rules. This has now been fixed in Debian,
and the package builds in Hardy.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.3.2-3ubuntu1:

bld (0.3.2-3.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix bashisms in debian/rules. (Closes: #374454)
  * Fix spelling mistakes in package descriptions
    (Closes: #363181, #363184, #363186)
