I tested the patch attached to the Debian bug in a PPA, and it built successfully on all architectures. I then tested the autopkgtests in the PPA, and they passed on amd64 and armhf, but failed everywhere else with:
SmallLovaszThetaSdp
warning: chol(): decomposition failed
I think we should wait on Debian for a fix.
