Bug Description
Binary package hint: screenlets
Happening when I try to run screenlets-manager. Using Ubuntu 8.04 most recent updates.
Terminal output:
jesper@
It looks like you are running gnome
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/share/
app = ScreenletsManager()
File "/usr/share/
self.
File "/usr/share/
w.set_
gobject.GError: Kunne ikke genkende billedfilformatet for filen "/usr/share/
The Danish bit means something like "Could not recognize imagefile format of the file...."
Actually I get the same error trying to run awn-manager, described in https:/
This probably has something to do with my Python, but I don't know how or why.

This could very well be related to some svg problems as well. If I open a folder in Nautilus that contains svg files, I'm able to see the thumbnails. But if I open them with the standart eog app it says that the file is of unknown format.
GIMP however displays the svg files correct.
