Hi Timothy
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Is this reproducible using a new user account?, the issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at [WWW] http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ .

Thanks again and we appreciate your help.

Hi Basilio,

I tried with a new user account - same trace.
I tried with a sudo - same trace.
I tried with an --offline, and --disable-eplugin, same problem.
I tried an apt/remove/purge reinstall, same problem.
I manually rm'd all the evolution prefs, same problem.
I built from the latest unstable svn sources, seem to have the same problem.

I will try with the HH development releases and see what happens.

Thanks!

Hi Timothy
Thanks for your time and feedback, if you encounter the same issue under hardy, please provide the steps to reproduce this, in much details as you can, so this way would be easier to reproduce in another environment.

Thanks
