Bug Description
Ubuntu 8.04 Alpha 5
Boot hangs on "Mount Root File System" while loading linux kernal 2.6.24-8 Generic.
If I instead load 2.6.24-8 386 this does not happen.
This was an upgrade installation from 7.10 to 8.04 Alpha 5
