[hardy] gnome time does not update

Bug Description

Sometimes the time shown gets frozen. i.e. it shows a particular time and the minute and everything just get stuck. The time of the system however is updated. Hovering my mouse over the time, shows the correct time however. I am not sure whats causing this or how to reproduce, but it does seem to happen every now and then. The best I could probably do here is remove a screenshot, and post it the next time it happens. But that would basically show the same thing I described here
