Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

Simply put, when I tried to start the latest kubuntu kde4 daily-live built (20080220) the X wouldn't load, saying that there was no such file or directory as /etc/X11/X.

After I
sudo apt-get install kde-core
and
sudo apt-get install xorg

I could startx with the basic kde 3.5 DE.

Forgot to clarify that, kde-core meant 3.5 while there was no kde4-core package with the default repositories.

Yeah, it must have been, the first official alpha worked fine in that regard (had many other bugs but being the first alpha it was to be expected).
