Bug Description

Kubuntu Hardy Alpha 3 upgraded to ~Alpha5

When desktop-effects-kde4 installs compiz-kde, it should install kicker-compiz & kicker-taskbar-compiz packages too. Ideally these should replace existing ones, when someone sets “Effects Level” to something different than “No Effects”. If this last one is impossible or it interferes with KDE4, then they should be installed & enabled by default (I don't know that these have the same functionality or not).

Since neither of those packages are in main, that probably won't be allowed. In addition, it would be quite futile if you were a kde4 user. Thanks for the idea though.
