gtk window borders turn gray and disappear with focus

Bug Description

I am using Hardy Alpha 5.
This is probably a GNOME issue.
When a window has focus, sometimes the window border controls will turn gray and disappear.
This does not happen in Gutsy or Feisty.

I have Compiz Effects on Normal.

thanks for your bug. is this still an issue with current releases? does it happen with applications other than firefox3?
