Bug Description

Binary package hint: system-config-printer-kde

Using Kubuntu hardy.
KDE 3.5.9-0ubuntu1
System-config-printer-kde 0.05

My printer HP Deskjet 710c, supported by CUPS and HPLIP, is detected by Ubuntu 7.10, but not by Kubuntu Hardy.

I think this new application System-config-printer-kde should configure it automatically, and report it via popup notification.
In addiction if I manually open manager by these steeps:

Menu K -> System -> Printing

I cannot find a way to install my printer.

Fixed in version 0.11 in Intrepid ibex.
