Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
If a create a writer template, saving from an existing document or importing it, the template name can't be changed afterwards, either by directly editing the file's name or by any of the commands in the template management pane.

All you have to do is rename the file using nautilus.
The templates are located in ~/.openoffice.
