Bug Description

LibreOffice is not available on riscv64.

Don't require it for installation of package gnome on riscv64.

$ sudo apt-get install gnome

I don't believe this needs a Feature Freeze Exception. It looks like a bugfix to me.

Do you have time to submit this directly to Debian instead?

I would prefer to have this change in Ubuntu first and then send a bug report to Debian to pick up the change. This way we can be sure it lands in Jammy.
