Bug Description

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

As a compiz-fusion user under Gnome I would like to have a better system with regards to shortcuts. Now there are shortcuts in both gnome (Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts) and compiz (Preferences > Advanced Desktop Settings). If there are conflicts say a certain keyboard combination is defined somewhere in the compiz settings or under gnome I have to track this down to find out where its defined. Could there be a warning that a shortcut is allready defined (and also what it does) or a more centralised way of managing the shortcuts. I hope you guys understand what I am talking about. Its more of a gripe than a serious bug for me.

I can confirm this bug. In the end it would be better to configure compiz via the GNOME system settings.
