Bug Description

Binary package hint: rsibreak

I have the program on my top panel. I click and it launches, into a upperleft corner of the desktop. (I've figured this out because when I didn't see anything happen, I clicked to launch it again, and a window came up saying it was already launched, and showed where on the desktop. I went and clicked around there, couldn't bring it up, but there were arrows and corners, like I was trying to resize something.) The system monitor showed it as a process as well. I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 - the Feisty Fawn

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?
