Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-games
Mahjongg starts in full screen and will not go to a window either with F11 or the toolbar button. Inspiron 5150 with Nvidia 5200 Go graphics. Bug does not appear on my desktop which has a different Nvidia card. I see a similar sounding bug was reported with Aisleriot, but I cannot reproduce that one.
Mahjongg V 2.20.1, Dell Inspiron 5150, Ubuntu Gutsy, Graphics NV34M [GeForce FX Go5200 64M] resolution 1400x1050, visual effects OFF.

Thanks for your bug submission. Works OK on an Intel 945 GM graphics machine. After a cursory search, I couldn't find the mahjongg preference file, but perhaps you could edit that file and remove the fullscreen tag and see if it comes up in a smaller window.
Marking as Confirmed. Strickly for the nuisance factor. We can't have a wonky mahjongg floating in the wild. However, this may be a subtle nVidia driver problem.
You are running the standard nvidia driver. Have you tried in a terminal:
>sudo envy
to get the latest nvidia restricted drivers? If that fixes it, then we can put this bug to bed.
