[Hardy] Macbook trackpad not detected as trackpad

Bug Description

In Hardy, I can't find a way to edit the preferences for my trackpad (such as tap-to click, etc.)

I've tried gsynaptics, it either doesn't recognize my trackpad, or I configured it wrong.

In the past, it has been detected automatically by gnome-mouse-properties, so I figured I should let someone know that something has gone screwy between the gnome shipped with Gutsy and the version in Hardy.

Gnome Version: 2.21.92
Specs: Macbook, two partitions (swap, /), with Hardy
