Bug Description
Evergreen Version: 3.7.3 (and only version 3.7.3, other versions are not affected by this bug.)
The branch for 3.7 on bug 1909681 missed the one modification to open title links in a new tab. It has the other two for patron and copy barcode.
I've come up with a patch that works for 3.7.3 on our training and development servers. I'll post it momentarily.
