Bug Description

Evergreen circa 3.9

Angular steps:

Upgrading ng-bootstrap depends on bug #1948693 (replacing Tabs with Navs).

I suspect this collective update should happen directly after the next release (3.10).

Also depends on bug 1959048 (using the eslint-based ng lint), or else we will lose the ability to lint.

Working on bug 1986725 put me down a rabbit hole which led me to this: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/pull/28339

Upshot is that Bootstrap 5 removes its print styles (and the impression I get is that the maintainers basically threw up their hands at this whole printing thing... for which I do not blame them one little bit). In any event, formatting for printing is something we will need to look at during this upgrade.

Can this be marked won't fix (or duplicate) since we did Ang 15 / BS 5 in bug 2000482?
