Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

The crash happens with different accounts, old accounts with old migrated gnome settings and also with newliny created unmodified /etc/skel settings. It happens since my last hardy dist-upgrade on or two days ago.

The effect is that the hardy gnome theme settings are not loaded (they are in effect until the crash happens).

I didnt check my other hardy test-installs yet.

This one is one is on a FSC Lifebook P7010.

I already installed gnome-dbg, but I still see no debug symbols in gdb crash output. Dont know what I'm missing here.

Albrecht
