upnp plugin is broken

Thank you for your bug report. Enabling it seems to work correctly on hardy, could you describe what error you get and what change is required?

Enabling it does not fail - but when you press play you should see
Python backtraces in ~/.xsession-errors.

closing the bug, having useful description is required since we get hundred bugs every week and having to ask several times to get the error message doesn't make the work easy, I've no device to try this one and without details there is no way we will be able to work on the issue

I disagee with your interpretation. If you don't want to fix it, no
problem, I can do it myself, I only reported the bug as a courtesy to
Ubuntu.

The first error you should encounter on trying the upnp plugin:

There are at least two other trivial coding errors of this type in the
plugin. These are fixed in these upstream changes:

Due to possible dependencies between other parts of these changes I
would suggest that it's probably not possible to backport these two
changes in isolation, but update the whole upnp_coherence plugin

the bug has been fixed in the new version uploaded in hardy
