libgif4 use to compile kdelibs4

Hello,

the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde4libs/+bug/126266 is doing a come back in the version 4.0.2 present on ppa.

KDE4 has been compiled with the wrong dependencies.

I don't know how to re-open a bug and I saw that a new comment are not doing it so I open a new one even if the problem is exactly the same.

libgif is actually used now in hardy. However, the gutsy package was just fixed to use libungif:

kde4libs (4:4.0.2-0ubuntu1~gutsy1~ppa2) gutsy; urgency=low

* Link against libungif rather than libgif
