Bug Description

System specs:
Dell Latitude D620
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T5600 @ 1.83GHz
1GB mem
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
Kubuntu 7.10
xorg 7.2-5ubuntu13
KDE 4.0.1 with composite effects enabled
xorg uses i810 driver

Mostly seen under heavy system load, 15+ programs running

When using alt-tab, sometimes the xorg cpu usage sky-rockets to well over 95% and stays there for some 5 minutes.. After that, cpu usage returns to normal. Pressing alt-tab again will cause same problem..

I have encountered this problem some 5 times in the 3 weeks I have been using kde4
